SMS Agreement
By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to this SMS Agreement, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from R2 Restoration Network LLC ("R2RN," "we," "us," or "our") regarding lead opportunities, account notifications, and other business communications related to our referral platform.

1. Consent and Authorization
1.1. By providing your mobile phone number during registration or account setup, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from R2RN at the mobile number provided.
1.2. Your consent is not a condition of purchase or use of R2RN services, but opting out may limit your ability to receive time-sensitive lead notifications.
1.3. You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and have the authority to provide this consent.
2. Types of Messages
2.1. Lead Notifications: Time-sensitive messages about new referral opportunities in your service areas.
2.2. Account Updates: Important notifications regarding your account status, profile changes, or platform updates.
2.3. Payment Notifications: Confirmations and updates related to referral payments and processing.
2.4. Operational Messages: Essential communications regarding system maintenance, policy changes, or service interruptions.
2.5. Verification Codes: Security codes for account access and two-factor authentication.
3. Message Frequency and Timing
3.1. Message frequency varies based on lead activity in your service areas and account activity. You may receive multiple messages per day during active periods.
3.2. Lead notifications are sent immediately when opportunities arise and may be sent at any time, including evenings and weekends.
3.3. Non-urgent messages are typically sent during business hours (8 AM - 8 PM local time).
3.4. You can manage notification preferences through your account settings, but essential messages cannot be disabled.
4. Opt-Out Procedures
4.1. Text STOP: Reply "STOP," "QUIT," "CANCEL," "UNSUBSCRIBE," or "END" to any SMS message to opt out of all future messages.
4.2. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation message confirming your opt-out request.
4.3. Account Settings: You can also opt out through your R2RN account dashboard under notification preferences.
4.4. Customer Support: Contact admin@r2rn.com to request opt-out assistance.
4.5. Re-Enrollment: After opting out, you can re-enroll by updating your account settings or replying "START" to our SMS number.
5. Carrier Costs and Fees
5.1. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's messaging plan.
5.2. R2RN is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
5.3. Contact your mobile carrier for information about your messaging plan and applicable rates.
5.4. Standard message rates apply; no premium charges are imposed by R2RN.
6. Device and Service Requirements
6.1. SMS service requires a compatible mobile device and wireless service plan that supports SMS messaging.
6.2. Not all mobile carriers and devices support SMS services. Check with your carrier for compatibility.
6.3. R2RN is not responsible for message delivery failures due to carrier limitations, device compatibility, or network issues.
6.4. Supported carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers; some regional carriers may not be supported.
7. Privacy and Data Handling
7.1. Your mobile phone number and SMS message data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://r2rn.com/privacy.php.
7.2. We use Twilio as our SMS service provider, and your phone number may be shared with Twilio for message delivery purposes.
7.3. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
7.4. Message content is limited to business purposes related to your R2RN account and referral activities.
8. TCPA Compliance
8.1. R2RN complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state regulations.
8.2. We maintain records of your consent and opt-out requests as required by law.
8.3. Messages are sent only to numbers for which we have received explicit consent.
8.4. We honor opt-out requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
8.5. Our SMS practices are regularly reviewed for compliance with evolving regulations.
9. Liability and Disclaimer
9.1. R2RN is not liable for message delivery delays, failures, or errors caused by your mobile carrier or device.
9.2. You acknowledge that SMS messages may not be encrypted and could potentially be intercepted.
9.3. R2RN disclaims liability for any damages resulting from missed messages or delayed delivery of time-sensitive notifications.
9.4. Alternative communication methods are available through email and account dashboard notifications.
10. Modifications to Agreement
10.1. R2RN may modify this SMS Agreement at any time with notice via SMS, email, or through the platform.
10.2. Continued use of SMS services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement.
10.3. If you do not agree to modifications, you may opt out using the procedures outlined in Section 4.
